The property amd units are immaculate , However the Customer Service of the office staff leaves a lot to be desired The professionalism of this organization is the worst I have ever experience. After giving the appropriate notice that I would be vacating my unit prior to payment due date, it's policy to still auto deduct the full month's rental payment until I was to officially move out. I proceeded to move out and inspite of my moving out over 30 days ago I still have yet to receive the prorated amount that is owed to me. I have contact the office foe a status where forn2 weeks straight Anne has offered no assistance or status update as to when I can expect my refund. Grace the alleged Manager has been useless, and have not return any calls. Grace was the one who closed the account upon my move out and since has not reached out to me to resolve my issue nor returned the funds to me. My suggestion if you must rent a storage unit, do not allow the access to your banking info. I wish I could give negative stars. ANNE AND GRACE are the most unprofessional and have no regards to Customer Service.

As a disclaimer: The day I moved in the "regular" manager wasn't there and 2 assistant managers from other facilities were so it might be different when the regular manager is present. 1st my reservation and confirmation had been deleted. The lady at the desk said it was because I hadn't answered their phone calls (I had not received any)and the confirmation email I had meant nothing. They had plenty of available units so it wasn't a problem. Then my access code got entered incorrectly twice so the whole process took a long time. Second the price advertised is not what you pay. They do mention the storage defender up front for $10/mo but you are also REQUIRED to use their insurance and buy their lock. The $107/mo is actually $135 and I owed $120 something at move in for the rest of the month, lock, insurance but the 1st full month is free. Thirdly I wanted to rent a uhaul and they said they didn't have any (no problem) so I went online to rent one in the area and the uhaul website said they were the closest with availability of the van I wanted. So I went back in and they said oh oops yeah it was somehow my fault that they thought they had no available vans (huh??). Fourthly, when I was finally leaving the lady became very sweet, asked me for a 5 star review of them, asked if I could do it then, and asked to see my screen while I went to the review on Google and posted it. SO AWKWARD. Finally the unit was well kept and its pretty convenient. I don't know that I would rent there again but it is okay.

I needed an additional unit when my apartment was not ready and the staff was great on getting me right across from my first unit. I cannot say enough good things about my overall experience. Every one there is very nice, friendly, explained all their policies plainly and quickly and was very accommodating when I needed help (i.e. setting a code to keep doors open while unloading my truck so I wouldn't have to enter my access code every time, offering me and the 2 guys with me water a couple times, things like that). This level of customer service is just not seen in these days and was greatly appreciated. I have already told 3 people about this place. Keep up the good work. And for those that are looking for self storage units, rent here with confidence. You won't be disappointed.

This is a storage facility located very close to the I-10 freeway. It just opened a month ago and is very clean with plenty of parking. The manager on site has very good customer service skills and knows what she's doing. I had a short rental because my plans change and was pleasantly surprised when contacted by the corporate office to refund me for the amount over 30 days that I didn't use. Class Act!

It is approximately 75 square feet of space. This type of unit is suitable for the contents of a one-bedroom apartment, including major appliances.

Do I need to rent a climate controlled unit?

If you have delicate items such as musical instruments, computers, pictures, or antique wood furniture, it is recommended to select a climate-controlled unit. Climate-controlled storage units protect against rust, corrosion, mold, cracking, and warping.


What’s the difference between an indoor and an outdoor unit?
An outdoor storage unit has direct access and is usually drive-up accessible. An indoor unit is located within a building.


What items can't be put in a storage unit?

Most storage facilities will not let you store firearms, perishable items, liquids, illegal drugs, flammable and hazardous materials, live animals, or plants.


Are my items insured while being in a storage unit?

You are responsible for the items you store. The storage facility's insurance protects the location that houses the storage units, not the contents of individual units. If your homeowner's insurance doesn't cover your items, the facility manager can usually help you sign up with an insurance provider.


Can I use my renters insurance for a storage unit?

Anything your renter's insurance policy covers under usual conditions will be covered in your storage unit. Usually, renter's insurance will cover items in a unit up to 10% of your policy limits, but it does not include natural disasters. However, there may be exceptions to this, so check with your insurance company to see if you're covered.


What do I need to bring with me when to rent a unit?

Can I access my unit anytime I want?
