Driving a 15' U-Haul truck and turning around was tight. The road back to the unit was not paved in places and pocked with potholes. Service was great and unit was clean. Building was warm for climate control.

The lady that sign me up and showed me my storage what's phenomenal very professional yet gave the family type feeling made me feel very secure about having my belongs at this facility she met with me on time it took me to both locations to make sure I got exactly what storage I wanted I would recommend this place to anybody that little country lady deserves a raise

This business needs to go out of business! I'm moving after 12 years so I have a lot of things going into storage. These people insisted that a leaking plywood wall storage room with no ventilation would be fine for my things. They charge you for the storage fee and there is a list of about 5 other fees they add on. Total They had me at $75 a month for a 5 by 10 leaky coffin for my things I'm not extremely picky but this was a weird experience altogether. Do not pay an arm and a leg to have your stuff destroyed and rebuy everything!

Are my items insured while being in a storage unit?
