Highly valued pricing! Very clean! And most importantly customer satisfied! The only downside to this would be driving to the facility as it sits on a busy highway of routes 1 & 9. So avoid coming here during rush hours. But I figure this compensated for the pricing of storage units. Overall, highly recommended.

Not sure their pricing was the most transparent about requiring additional insurance to use their facility or about buying a lock, but overall it was still one of the better rates in the area. Overall facility was clean, but it looked like they needed to fix a couple of the dolly's that were available for use.

Had an issue, and couldn't believe how manager Jose handled it. First class service in a way that is unusual for storage facilities. Have already told several friends and family that they should consider moving to this facility. Couldn't ask for simpler onboard process (all electronic contracts - copy sent to my email by them - yeah!), professional service, clean and neat facility. A++

Elevators are automatic (a staff member doesn’t have to operate for customers), facility is very clean and secure. It’s right off the highway and you may feel like you’re lost, but trust the directions- the facility is on the right just before merging onto highway.

This is a clean and very secure place to rent. The staff is very nice and helpful. Because my storage space was unexpectedly not available when I arrived, they upgraded me to a slightly larger space free of charge. They even provided a promo that required only $1 of rent for the first month. My only minor complaint is that because they require the use of a cylinder lock, I could not use the u-haul storage disk lock that I already owned to secure the unit. So I needed to purchase their lock. It was $20. Because these are very secure locks and don't come cheaply (even if you were to purchase it from another vendor), one should factor this into the upfront cost to rent. We'll see how it goes in the long run. But my first impressions are very favorable.

I’ve had a storage unit for five years and just moved from one of the largest companies to this facility yesterday. Loraina took care of me and was friendly, helpful and efficient. I’m very happy with the space and the customer service. It’s also 1/4 of the price I was paying!

You have 1 month free, but note you will get charged for admin fee, and if you don’t have their lock, expect to pay for that as well which will be a almost $50....nonetheless location is good for me an the monthly pricing is affordable and looks clean. If you have rental insurance then your storage unit should also be covered!

Great storage. Has a convenient location, clean, the units are easy to access. Super affordable prices with the first month being essentially free ($1). Most importantly, the administration building in open until 6PM on Sunday (while most other stories are either closed on Sundays or open only until 4PM), and the storage itself is open until 9PM. Highly recommend.

Checked in on a Saturday afternoon. There were a few people ahead of me and the wait wasn’t too long givin the amount of people that were being helped. Once my turn had a real nice experience with the gentleman that was working. After the paperwork and signatures were completed the gates and codes were explained. All questions answered and the unit was shown to me. It was clean and there were hand carts to use. Easy, efficient, friendly, and affordable. What more do you need?

The prices are great and staff is nice, but I recommended that they show clients where the storage unit is in the facility before concluding paperwork. I had an amazing experience with Storquest from reserving the unit to signing the lease. The Staff is professional, efficient and very helpful in answering questions and accommodating your needs.
