Took less than a couple of minutes to get my storage compartment. Area was clean and VERY EASY to get to. All rows are wide enough for a trailer AND you never have to backup because there is no dead-end, you just drive around the back and you're out!! Best setup I have ever used.

Was weird to have to go through the online postion via a different company instead of directly through the facility. I almost believed it to be a scam. Luckily not. They did set up the reservation that did work with the facility. The one I had spoke with on the phone to reserve the bay was very nice and professional. Once ai got to the facility on move in day, it took another path. I was supposed to meet and do paperwork. Get there and theres no office on site. Called multiple numbers as Im stressing about not getting my unit now. Finally reach a number that works and spoke with a lady over the phone who did have my name and info from sparefoot. I ended paying over the phone and wasnt told how much it was. (Added deposit). Overall Id give a B.

Are my items insured while being in a storage unit?
