We are located on Townsend Road next to AC Auto Repair. Review: When I called the Gautier number the woman was not nice at all. Wasnt telling me about specials I already knew about. She was going to charge me full price. She had her car parked in the lane blocking it. I tooted my horn and she came out making a gesture like"what's wrong?" I asked her to move her vehicle. She got all huffy and backed up almost hitting my truck and I had to back up to avoid it! The girl at the national number all was great!! My unit was locked with a combo lock. The first man I talked to went looking for the code to unlock it and never came back on line. I was freezing! I finally got through to another man who got the code right away and was very helpful. You need to get rid of that woman on site!! I came very close to cancelling! I could barely understand her.

Do I need to rent a climate controlled unit?

What’s the difference between an indoor and an outdoor unit?
An outdoor storage unit has direct access and is usually drive-up accessible. An indoor unit is located within a building.

What items can't be put in a storage unit?

Most storage facilities will not let you store firearms, perishable items, liquids, illegal drugs, flammable and hazardous materials, live animals, or plants.

Are my items insured while being in a storage unit?

You are responsible for the items you store. The storage facility's insurance protects the location that houses the storage units, not the contents of individual units. If your homeowner's insurance doesn't cover your items, the facility manager can usually help you sign up with an insurance provider.

Can I use my renters insurance for a storage unit?
