Review: Reserved our unit online and shortly after Colleen called to verify. When we arrived, Colleen took us out to see the unit and tell us about how everything works on site. Throughout the entire process of renting the unit Colleen was friendly, helpful, and thorough. We could not of had a better experience!!

Explaining to me how the process works, answering my many questions, her patient demeanor when several other clients approached....in addition her knowledge of what storage 'does'! Review: Well the man that signed me up for a storage unit was very helpful very nice... However he entered my storage unit number wrong in the computer that took a while to figure out what was wrong. Then I ask the young lady if they had a flatbed thing on wheels so it would be easier to move my heavy furniture with and she said no they did not have one that they both had been stolen. Are you kidding me only two flat beds on wheels for the whole complex? I may be regretting that I chose this place. And the gate is still not fixed a week later this is a security issue!! I feel that compensation is not too much to ask.

Review: I needed storage for my patio furniture. I went into the Public Storage store in Canton MI on Michigan Ave at Belleville Rd. I had the pleasure of being greeted by Ron. I explained what I needed and wasn't quite sure of the size. Ron was very helpful, professional and thorough in his explanations of the size of storage to the payment process. Review: I have enjoyed the helpfulness of the staff and the amount of time and space I was given to move in. I was even able to leave my semi-trailer in the storage area until ready for pickup. I will definitely use them in the future! I am still a tenant and very happy!
