- Overall the place is great I haven't had any trouble there but when I first started raining there was an office manager there during the week every day they must have sold the company and now the people that they're with do not stay on the side or come there they do everything over the phone and yes we do have a kiosk inside but the last 3 months it has not worked and they know about it and have not fixed it. However I did call the number that they have listed and talk to one of the managers assisting with calls or whatever Eddie he is and told him I have been trying to pay my storage and I've come to the kiosk twice and it's been down well at this point I was late paying it because I couldn't pay it in the kiosk so my only options was to pay by phone or go online and pay which cause a problem for me my purse and car was stolen so therefore I was waiting for all my debit cards to come in so I had no car to pay on the phone or online the only other option I could have done is put a money order in the Dropbox which would have took them a few days to get from what I understood which would have caused me to be late anyways and they were still going to charge me the late fees my question is is how are you going to charge your customers late fees on due to late payments on their storage when your kiosk doesn't work leaving your customers unable to pay that way not all people have debit cards or banking accounts so with that being said they need to be a little bit more mindful to other people and the man on the phone Alex I believe his name is shouldn't see be so rude about it either. The other owners were a lot nicer but then again you had a manager there every day on site and she was very sweet and helpful I wish you would come back
