Service is above and beyond. Cathy helped me select the proper size unit. I never really paid attention to how people help you. Cathy explains everything. I went to one of their competitors and they were like hurry up and make up your mind. Cathy spent time with me and was very patient. Glad I choose Steaux N Geaux Storage. Cathy helped me make the reservation over the phone. I had advised her about the reservation I made at a different facility and she told me the benefits about what Steaux N Geaux offered. She was very professional and understanding. She really knows her facility. When I got there on my reservation day she had me moved in quickly. Cathy And Elizabeth will walk you through the size of units they offer, explain the insurance and explain the lease to you without any problems. They treat you like family. They spend the time with you without trying to rush you of force you into something right away. I originally reserved online and wish I had just gone to the facility to see first. Well worth going to the facility and see what they have. It is clean and well taken care of. Will highly recommend to everyone I know.

The facility is well set up. Love the 24 hour access and the staff is helpful. I was there at 9pm at night and my car wouldn't start and Ms. Cathy noticed on the cameras I was having problems. She came down and helped me get my car started. Above and beyond in service.

I went to the facility to look at units to see if it would work for my situation and the manager walked me threw the facility and showed me several units that were available. She is very thorough with explaining the gate, unit latches, insurance. Then when we got inside she showed me the supplies they offered. I felt extra special with all the time she gave to me explaining all the benefits of this facility. Will definitely recommend. If I could give a hight rating than a 5 I surely would.
