Clean, Locks provided, very easy to load/unload items in and out, inside storage as well as outside, very nice to find specific unit. The lady that I talked to wasnt very nice, but I still got my keys, she also didn’t explain how to get into the unit, I had to ask multiple times until she understood my question.

Cons I had originally made a reservation through sparefoot. My reservation was mixed up and then I had asked for a storage that is bigger then 10x10 and will hold 3-4 bedrooms atleast, and the guy on the phone with lighthouse says no problem, then I get to the storage not to mention the complete wrong storage because they have two buildings and I'm in a huge uhaul they have no space to turn around or even fit through the isles to find your storage, I goto the other storage after 2 hours of trying to find my storage and get the uhaul out of there nightmare, only to open the door and the storage is smaller then my bathroom.... 10x10 I specifically said I needed something for 3-4 bedrooms not a 10x10. So now I'm stuck with not enough room for my stuff the price is already 85(77before%) I'm having to take stuff back with Me so now I have to keep the uhaul another day that's 161.00 I don't have!! && I had to purchase a storage 10x10 next to it just to get my kids stuff stored. That's another 77$ and it still will not hold all my stuff. Morel of the story. If you're in a bind or need to save money or using anything larger then a mid size truck, this storage is not for you. They have 10x10 and smaller units and its just one big headache! I'm out alot of money and time that in the end I didn't have because I had deadlines on returning stuff! Pros - Although There establishment was very clean though and they were nice over the phone.

5' x 10' Storage Unit

It is approximately 50 square feet of space. This size typically holds the contents of one room or an office. You can store small amounts of furniture, chairs, a mattress, kitchen appliances, and boxes.

5' x 15' Storage Unit

It is approximately 75 square feet of space. This type of unit is suitable for the contents of a one-bedroom apartment, including major appliances.

10' x 10' Storage Unit
It is approximately 100 square feet of space, about the size of a standard one-car garage. It holds the furnishings of a one-bedroom or small two-bedroom apartment, including major appliances.

Do I need to rent a climate controlled unit?

If you have delicate items such as musical instruments, computers, pictures, or antique wood furniture, it is recommended to select a climate-controlled unit. Climate-controlled storage units protect against rust, corrosion, mold, cracking, and warping.


What’s the difference between an indoor and an outdoor unit?
An outdoor storage unit has direct access and is usually drive-up accessible. An indoor unit is located within a building.


What items can't be put in a storage unit?

Most storage facilities will not let you store firearms, perishable items, liquids, illegal drugs, flammable and hazardous materials, live animals, or plants.


Are my items insured while being in a storage unit?

You are responsible for the items you store. The storage facility's insurance protects the location that houses the storage units, not the contents of individual units. If your homeowner's insurance doesn't cover your items, the facility manager can usually help you sign up with an insurance provider.


Can I use my renters insurance for a storage unit?

Anything your renter's insurance policy covers under usual conditions will be covered in your storage unit. Usually, renter's insurance will cover items in a unit up to 10% of your policy limits, but it does not include natural disasters. However, there may be exceptions to this, so check with your insurance company to see if you're covered.


What do I need to bring with me when to rent a unit?

Can I access my unit anytime I want?
