Called using the kiosk and couldn't get the gate code. The lady provided me the wrong one so I had to call back and get a temporary and then then never reset the temporary. ЁЯЩД

I did on line and showed up to no one there. Got on kiesk and finished filling it out. No one told me I had to purchase a different lock than I brought or told me a different gate code than I received. So I called and left message and no one got back to me. I happen to go back and just wait till someone else came through and they gave me the gate code which was totally different than I received. They also helped me with the lock and how to get it inside of building. Very frustrating to say the least.

Initial setting up was problematic, was told by kiosk number-person to go buy my own lock, but a different person corrected this with a better phone call yesterday, promising a proper lock. The $87 was a surprise to the $59 I expected to pay. 5 different kinds of spiders in the unit, took me a long time to find the unit because of the decrepit signage. The kiosk technology is impressive, but overall the facility could use a little love and attention. I’m hoping once I have my new lock Monday, all will be well and I’ll feel settled in though.

I had gone the day before and told them the lock on my assigned locker was broken. I was told it would be fixed, but it was not when I got there. Nobody answered the emergency phone that went directly to an answering machine that was full. So I had to leave my stuff in an unlocked locker and it remains theee at this time. You rent the locker by using a kiosk, no people in sight to help or ask questions to. No directions given. Kiosk gave me the wrong code to get in the gate. Very lucky I had gone on Friday and was able to talk to a person or I would have shown up on Saturday with a truck full and no way to get in.

What is the height of the storage units?

Storage units are approximately 8 feet high.

Do I need to rent a climate controlled unit?

If you have delicate items such as musical instruments, computers, pictures, or antique wood furniture, it is recommended to select a climate-controlled unit. Climate-controlled storage units protect against rust, corrosion, mold, cracking, and warping.

What’s the difference between an indoor and an outdoor unit?
An outdoor storage unit has direct access and is usually drive-up accessible. An indoor unit is located within a building.

What items can't be put in a storage unit?

Most storage facilities will not let you store firearms, perishable items, liquids, illegal drugs, flammable and hazardous materials, live animals, or plants.

Are my items insured while being in a storage unit?

You are responsible for the items you store. The storage facility's insurance protects the location that houses the storage units, not the contents of individual units. If your homeowner's insurance doesn't cover your items, the facility manager can usually help you sign up with an insurance provider.

Can I use my renters insurance for a storage unit?

Anything your renter's insurance policy covers under usual conditions will be covered in your storage unit. Usually, renter's insurance will cover items in a unit up to 10% of your policy limits, but it does not include natural disasters. However, there may be exceptions to this, so check with your insurance company to see if you're covered.

What do I need to bring with me when to rent a unit?

You will need a government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, state ID, or passport) to complete your storage unit rental agreement.

Can I access my unit anytime I want?

Most storage locations are open 365 days a year, but access hours may vary. During access hours, usually between 6 am and 10 pm seven days a week, you can access your unit using your individual gate code. During office hours, company employees are available to answer questions and provide on-site support.

How long can I rent a unit?

Most rental contracts are month-to-month agreements billed in one-month increments. No long-term lease is required unless the customer requests it.
