Review: The lady that helped me was accommodating and efficient. She made sure I got what I needed, even though it was close to closing time. I wish the prices were a bit cheaper. I saw a few in the area for around $ 20 cheaper, but unfortunately was under a time constraint and those were closed earlier on Sundays.

Review: Arrived on time for my appointment. Store manager had everything ready gor me. Saw the unit, the unit was very clean as well as the facility. Very friendly store manager. Gave my don some bubbles which he loved. I recieved two key chains with my unit number on it, I really liked that!

Review: Seems to be a well-run storage facility, that had some thought put into the design and layout. I especially like that I can pull in out of the elements to load / unload. There are only two carts, perhaps there could be a third or fourth, as there are times when both are in use. The hours are decent, however it would be nice if it were a 24 hour facility or open to at least midnight?

Review: Apart on having to wait almost an hour before I had to ask if I could rent a unit. For some reason they thought I was with the customer they were working with. Although the customer was taken to see the unit and I never interacted with the customer they thought I was with that customer?? I was standing at the counter and even sat down in in the waiting area waiting to be taken care of when another customer came in and was taken care right away. At that point I was ready to leave. That's when I asked can I rent a unit and told them I even had an appointment for 3:00. Lucky for U-Stor-It I live in a subdivision across the street and would be easy to access my unit. Other wise I would have just walked out! So it left a bad taste in my mouth, it's a great place to store your goods but they have to work on customer service.

Review: I do alot of classic car shows and need to keep my cars in storage in between shows. I was able to get a great unit that is easy to get in and out of with my car. There are security cameras everywhere and gate system to keep my cars safe. I tell my other car buddies to get in and get a unit before the snow starts to fly and they run out at UStorIt. I live in Streamwood and needed to be able to get to storage easy and this place fits the bill!

Review: The storage units are clean and the facility has lots of cameras and fences. Even the office is nice smelling and clean. I have no problems telling everyone I know to rent here at Ustorit. They helped to get me a really great deal on a unit and it's worked out really well for me.

Review: I was looking for a big storage unit near my home in Streamwood and found this new gem! I found them when I was going to McDonalds and this was right next door. The office is bright and clean with managers there are friendly. The units are huge, tall and clean. I felt really secure here and tell all my neighbors to go here if they need storage to.
