Review: We were very pleased with this facility until they increased the rental price of our unit 15 percent per month with no reason. Probably the "price for everything is going up!" If the owner(s) of the facility had to pay additional percentage on their loan for the ground and building, that should not have caused renters an increase. We think this perhaps could be classified as price gouging and as such we opted to vacate.

Review: I was able to complete my paperwork online so when I went to the office everything was done in less than 15 minutes. I was able to unload my items with the ease of the carts they had available as well as the elevator. They also had some cool music playing on the speaker which made it easier to unload with a a few tunes.

Review: I had used another storage facility in Columbus for several years and the price kept going up. I did some research on other facilities and found the new facility, Woodruff at Lakeside. The price was great and when I stopped by to rent a unit, the young lady who helped me was extremely courteous and helpful. I'm very pleased with Woodruff.

Review: Clean, new facility with great rates. The lady at the front office is super friendly and helpful. I love having 24 hour access with my own lock. Time will tell though... Many of these places have raised my rent significantly after the first six months to a year. "Market Rates" Assuming most people won't fool with moving to another facility. We'll see how that goes.
