My experience overall was good but I must say the customer service was extraordinary! I have mobility issues and had rented a truck to move furniture to the facility. Getting in and out of the truck was extremely hard for me. When I arrived at the facility the staff was so accommodating. They brought all the paperwork out to me so that I did not have to try to climb up and down to get in and out of that truck. And, every time they brought something out to me they did it with a smile as if I were not inconveniencing them one bit! I would definitely recommend this facility to my friends and coworkers,

Staff was helpful with options and directions, and was quick and efficient with all paperwork. Secure door that I entered through did. It close automatically every time, so I can't say the most secure, but they do use access codes in multiple places, so that's somewhat mitigated. In all, I'm happy with services provided and recommend if you're in the area.

I have rented a unit for six month and had problems with the auto pay. I would get a email stating that my payment did not get through but my bank claimed there had been no record of any transactions. I would have to call the storage company and they would manually run my card without an issue, When I closed the unit I wanted to raise my concern about this issue (it defeats the purpose of having auto pay configured). The person in the office was very rude and was not listening to my concern instead kept saying the payment were denied and there nothing she could do. I was not expecting them to do anything except to look at the issue (possibly with their Credit card clearing house). Instead she kept complaining that I was raising my voice (you would to if you kept being interrupted). She then walked away and refuse to talk to me (GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE) I would also caution using this facility at night because of the shady characters around the facility. I NEVER USE THIS FACILITY AGAIN - THERE ARE PLENTY OF OTHER OPTIONS

It's hard to rave about storage units. This one fulfills all the salient points for me, though: competitively priced (5x10) unit available when I needed them good location not far from Military/Missouri and Kansas Rd.s easy unloading to loading dock The only drawbacks are the pop music playing on speakers inside that drives me a little bonkers, and that it is often hard to find a dolly to unload to. All in all, perfectly adequate storage.
