Lupe was wonderful to work with, extremely responsive and helpful with all of our questions. Move in was a breeze, the available carts made it even easier. Thank you for the transparent pricing. Very glad that Trojan Burbank offered prorated pricing and short term rentals (we only needed a unit for a few weeks) Will use again if we need storage in the future!

I only had a few things to store and was hoping to be able to find a suitable storage locker. This location was a bit of a drive for me, but it was worth it. It is clean, safe, the staff gave exceptional service, and the facility even smelled good. I was able to secure a locker for $25 a month for the first 4 months ($50 after). I think that price is great. I am thankful.

I have been searching for a storage facility close to LA that is not an arm and a leg to rent and is secure, clean and rodent free, no chance of damage due to adjacent tenants, and with friendly service. This is that place. It is a brand new facility, near the heart of Burbank, and so user friendly. I feel my belongings are secure and it is super easy to get my stuff in and out as they have dollies you can use and the floors are glass smooth throughout. I am so thankful to have come across this facility.

I checked out a number of storage companies and I was very happy to find this. I moved in when it was open for about 5 months. The location is great, it is a bit further away but the accessibility was excellent without having to show a business license & paying a reasonable monthly fee. Seriously how many places can you access from 6AM to 9PM via the key pad? It is extremely clean, the professional staff is friendly and won't ban you if you accidentaly rip off the door handle (it happened to me). THIS IS A HIDDEN GEM. PS I am not related to any employees nor the owners. Just somebody who moved to LA from San Diego.

i found this place because the price was “too good to be true.” So I went to check it out and it was even BETTER than I imagined. I love this facility for its pristine looks, cement & steel construction with metal walls, plenty of sprinklers and roomy service elevators. Saves the wear & tear on ones body and I love the fact that they extended hours. Not many locations have 6AM-9PM access 7 days a week. The staff is wonderful, always friendly and if you accidentally pull off the office door handle they won’t get upset with you!
