Unit was filthy, broken glass, cigarette butts and really dusty. I had to clean. Door is very hard to open and seems to be broken. Door only has half of a bottom seal allowing rodents, water and dirt to enter storage unit. Obviously, whole facility seems to be very poorly maintained.

Chris handled my move in with a smile. I'll be saving $30/month by renting here for same size unit as another local storage but this place is immaculate, does not leak in water when it rains plus the unit is over 5' taller to ceiling. As long as the rent stays $107, this is a much better deal.

Luckily for me this place lives up to expectations. First reserved unit that wouldn't have even been budg enough to hold a third of my stuff. Went on line that nigh to see what else was available. Found another unit in same location. It was available for a reduced rate. Reserved. It was there for me when I went in, in the morning. Saved my life and my stuff. Very pleased with service received.

Great customer service however a little disappointed to hear that the free truck rental with move-in is not available as advertised due to truck being out of service for 5 months plus? More options should have been available to honor that, maybe another facility within the scope had one for use, etc.

According to HOA rules we could not park on the street & can not use the garage for storage. We have a full size truck with xtra cab & a small car so we couldn’t park both vehicles in the garage & get out of either vehicle, thus extra storage was the answer.

While going over my options and talking about different prices, Jill paid attention to my daughter as well so she wouldn't feel left out of the conversation. I've used storage facilities before and is never been friendly, fast, and hassle free; Central Self Storage is different on all counts. Both ladies in the front office were pleasant, efficient, and very welcoming. I am also impressed at the cleanliness of the premises. The lot, office, and units appear to be maintained well. The rental had no hidden charges, very affordable insurance and administration fees, and I didn't have to break out a credit card. I'm pretty happy.

If you need a storage facility in Mesa/Apache junction this is the best. Price was the lowest I found, staff was very friendly and helpful, easy access in and out, and units in any size you need, including climate controlled. I used this facility in 1993 when we moved here, am using it now, and would certainly use it again.

Easy, fast, affordable, friendly.. I'm very pleased to be able to store here where the staff is friendly and helpful and the facility is clean and secure. It's close to home, easy to access, and affordable on any budget. The only complaint I might have is that it can be confusing and maybe a little difficult to maneuver some vehicles out of the place. But all facilities seem to have that issue so I don't let it bother me.
