I needed a storage unit fast and at a reasonable price. I had reserved a unit with another company only to find out there additional charges that were not priced when making the reservation so reserved a unit with Central Self Storage. When I arrived at the facility, I received excellent customer service.She was so kind and patient with me. I signed the documents and started to move in. I would recommend this location to anyone.

Latonia Was so helpful when I brought my travel trailer in to store. She offered to came out and help me back it in which I took her up on. She was patient, and even moved a few small boulders out of the way to make it easier for me. The day before I talked to Tony and he was helpful in explaining the contact and took me out in golf cart to see spot.

I moved to Central Storage because they had better rates and a unit in the size I needed. The place I moved from has been undergoing a renovation for over 6 months! so it was often hard to get in and out of and their rates went up as well...undoubtedly to pay for their upgrades. Not the best way to reward clients who have suffered through their construction process. The things inside my unit were coated in thick dirt because of their remodeling-just ugh. Central is actually closer to my home, has a very friendly and helpful staff, is clean, and the rates are competitive.

Management was super helpful in spite of the heat. Moving is stressful. It’s very nice to avoid the big boy prices, and attitudes. Larger companies tend to give you as a consumer the take or leave it vibe! Now that I have linked up with this company the big boy places , should be on notice! We will leave it! I am going to leave it, and look for this company in every state! I moved my stuff in yesterday and shared the experience with 17 people already 7 of them live in Arizona. I paid for storage but your company bought loyalty and more than one customer…. How you treat customers is the reason you get more customers. Check out the bad reviews those big boy companies receive! You will notice that people are not happy with them! When you become larger please remember how you grew! Keep on keeping on!

The online reservation and registration was very easy to follow and secure the unit of my choice. When I went in to finalize the reservation, Tony was prepared and very efficient with the paperwork, and the instructions for access, hours and location were very clear. The only thing I didn't like about the storage facility is when I tried to call it would ring and then it would have a busy signal but other than that the customer service was awesome. And the facility was priced in a price range that was affordable for me at this time especially at last minute. So thank you Central storage!

Awful customer service. It took three days, five phone calls and a trip to the office to get the lock off my unit. I was told repeatedly that it would be off by a certain time, go down after work (when the office is closed) only to find that they were liars. Even the manager who said she would personally take care of it didn't bother to actually do anything until I came in when I was supposed to be at work. Also the office smells like cat pee.
