- There is zero communication between what is happening on the premises and customer service. You can only get into your unit during open hours not when you need to. First they told us that we needed to pick up a key, then told that it had a code to a keypad, there are neither and you can only gain access to your unit during there hours. Count all day Sunday and Wednesday out too because their not even open on those days. Not just that, but if I paid for three months now, I got it at a lower price, ok. They charged me for three months but just the other day, mind you I've only had this unit a WK and a half and their calling about payment due. So this problem leaks over into their financial department too. This business is a mess.
