- I've been a part of this company prior to the change - was Extra Space then Life now going back to Extra Space - I was paying $139.00 for a 10 x 10 - recently I receive an increase from $139.00 to $197.00 an increase of $58.00, when I complained they lowered it to $173.80 which is still an increase of $34.80. Not sure why mine was increased so much? I'm very disappointed in this place and how a loyal customer is treated. $139.00 to $197.00 then to $173.80 for a 10 x 10 on the second floor - That's alot for an increase.

- The customer service rep I dealt with on the phone was amazing and made me very hopeful for the facility. Until I received 4 voicemails from a very bossy office rep demanding I call to resign my lease that know I went over with the phone rep thoroughly. Upon first meeting of said office rep, she was rude and told my husband that he wasn't on my lease and to get off the premises. (My husband IS on my lease as my alt contact). So we avoid going there whenever she's in the office and otherwise the facility is decent. Needs more bathrooms and maps or signs to help people find units. Took us twenty plus minutes to find our unit first day and we've helped several people find their units since.
