- It was never cleaned despite the email saying it was being cleaned for me. There was glass, an empty beer bottle…. The one employee I interacted with was really unpleasant. The other (Deanna) was great. Keys/lock are overpriced - clearly being gouged. Office is a mess. Seems to be just another scummy storage company.

- It was a little hard to figure out how to work the lock for the unit, but once we did it was simple after. The unit was very cleaned and customer service was very nice. Paperwork didn’t take long at all. I think the pricing is just a little steep, but this is my first time getting a unit so it could just be me. I just think that I’m paying over $100 a month, I should be able to access 24/7.

- Cobwebs and dead bugs everywhere! Units should be swept and mopped upon somebody reserving before move in and after move out to prevent spread of bedbugs and such… scared to put some of my belongings in there so going to get vacuum sealed bags before putting them in my totes and then in there. I swept out my own unit that should have never had to happen they and it smells very very bad in some areas in there. Pest boxes are needed. They are truelly a hands off facility!!
