A wonderful woman named Ashanti walked me through every step of the signup process, and got me squared away. Heck, they even had clean restrooms when I got there. The space itself was air conditioned and well-lit, unlike most funky garage-like storage lockers.

- This process was fast and easy. Did it all online/email. Desiree was very helpful. The only thing that was confusing is there is three properties and I at first didn't know which one held our unit. Confusing for sure. Only thing that I would like to see would be the option to chose the location of the unit. Like online give actual locations to pick from like you can on campground sites or movie theater apps.

The other (Deanna) was great. Keys/lock are overpriced - clearly being gouged. Office is a mess. Seems to be just another scummy storage company.

I then got a call from someone at the local office whose info differed from the central, but it wasn’t a big deal. I found the space easily and moved my camper. My only concern is that the security gate was stuck in the open position when I arrived, and the office was locked.

- It was a little hard to figure out how to work the lock for the unit, but once we did it was simple after. The unit was very cleaned and customer service was very nice. Paperwork didn’t take long at all. I think the pricing is just a little steep, but this is my first time getting a unit so it could just be me. I just think that I’m paying over $100 a month, I should be able to access 24/7.

Others nearby charge a security deposit and because the Madison Police patrol their facility their prices are a lot higher. Store More Storage had prices to fit my budget. McFarland is a very safe community with Police presence at all times. You won't be disappointed here.
