- Really like the convenience of the location, space, and ability to access 365 days a year. Price was reasonable too. However, the staff was not at all friendly. He came across to be very cold, curt, and not one crack of smile during the entire time we were there. Customer service could really be improved upon. Hope management could address this issue for all future customers. Otherwise, I am happy with the storage.
