- Do not rent from this sh$thole place unless you want all of your stuff ruined from dirt and dust. Every piece of our furniture was covered in dirt, absolutely disgusting. Not to mention on move out date they piled a 10 foot mound of dirt right infront of my storage locker unit. Will never recommend this place especially for $85 considering we have to throw half our shit out because it was ruined!

- It was nice and clean, good location for delivering my stuff. I had the the wrong lock, management should probably tell costumer the right size of lock,to use when rented. I made extra trips to get the right one.

- Nice facility. It appears to be secure as it has a fence around the place and requires an access code to enter. The monthly rate was fair but disappointed that I had to pay a one-time $25 "administration fee". Not sure why this was necessary. Maybe to pay the guy in Austin TX to take the phone call and make the reservation for a unit in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Thought I was working with a local individual but found out the owner is from the Twin Cities.
