- So I needed a unit and found these guys, seemed reasonable with AAA discount of one month free. Came in for my appointment and it turns out that I actually needed a slightly bigger unit and it was no problem. Was waiting for check and I didn't want to lose the unit so Kim said "why don't we do this, we'll go ahead and do all the paperwork and when you get your check call me and I'll run back down here and process your payment so you can go straight ahead to your unit! Who does that anymore? Its once to have the neighbor friendliness like when i was growing up.I called Kim around 7pm I believe and Kim really offered to drive back down to the office to process my payment! I tild her she didn't have to do that as she had been off work for a couple hours at this point. She went anyway. Thank you Kim for going the extra mile for real, even after hours.
