- I made the mistake of assuming an "inside unit" would be climate controlled. When I got to the location, they informed me that it was not a climate controlled unit, but didn't stop there. The woman then proceeded to find a location that had a unit I needed as well as called to ensure they had an available appointment for me if I drove straight over. The Mukilteo Speedway location is a great facility and Karlyn and Amber were fantastic at getting everything set up for me on short notice. The entire process had the potential to be a nightmare trying to find a new place with everything loaded down in my car already, but these ladies (and the woman at the other location - I can't remember her name) made the process stress-free.

Which is the only reason why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. That being saidтАж so far the experience has been very good.ЁЯСН The whole place is very clean, very secure with redundant security measures (which I appreciate!) and the price for my size unit is very good. ItтАЩs in a decent neighborhood, no sketchy surroundings. They have carts available to use for no extra charge.ЁЯСН I was a little worried about the unit being on an upper floor, even with elevator access as IтАЩve got back issues and more. But with the carts and elevator I had zero problems. When I checked in with the manager (I believe her name is Rose) she was very friendly and very helpful. I liked the whole process of being able to find what I needed and do everything online without any hassle or gimmicks or tricks, including up front pricing AND being able to just go ahead and pay for the unit if you want toтАж or just reserve it so you can go take a look in person before pulling the trigger. The ONLY thing IтАЩd recommend so far is that they give you a MAP of the building your unit is in. ItтАЩs like a maze inside with so many units per building and no signs indicating unit numbering. Other than that, my overall first impression is very good and worth leaving a preliminary review. If that should changeтАж so will my review.

She wanted to make sure I had everything I needed and I understood everything and if I had any questions what so ever to ask her she's the perfect example of how you'd want customer service type stuff to go and sometime you know you get bad customer service but not with her she was awesome! - The only draw back to this business is the location off of WA-204. If you live across the highway, you have to go the long way around because you cannot turn left against traffic to enter the business park. Hopefully the state will find a way to make that possible in the future. Other than that, it's a great facility.

- I have had my stuff stored there for over 5 years without problem, but now I have had nothing but problems for the last few months. First they pulled an extra $ 10 out of my bank to make a payment after discussing the amount no less than 5 times! I caught it right away, but it took several weeks of messages before I could get her on the phone again (the other woman didnt know what to do about it) I had no intention of making another payment until that was cleared up - so they CHARGED ME MORE. I wonder what I should charge them for having MY money for the time it took them to refund it? They sure are quick to charge me if I sneeze! And their employees arent too hot at giving the mng. messages.Then they raised my rent AGAIN $30 in just a few months. She again said that she mailed me a notice (I didnt get that mail either) and she says "it wasn't returned to them, neither was the last rent increase letter that I didnt get!) Well I hope they are happy - they just lost 3 long term customers for the sake of a fee here and a fee there ! GO the 3 blocks down the road to the new place - you'll save money and aggrevation! (PS Watch out - they plan on a few more raises from what I hear - Don't bother moving your stuff in, you will have to pay to get it out They are not so helpful then.)

- I was promised a pod could be delivered and i could unload it and have it picked up the next day. When I got there a trainer was there and refused me but was not helpful in finding my a solution. Just kept explaining why it couldn’t happen but my pod was already down the street and had to deliver it ! So I had to hustle and find somewhere to put it - was a nightmare. People at the center are lovely but she was not helpful and when I stood my ground that I had made all these arrangements she basically threatened to deny me access. Bad bad service from them.
