- I have been a customer at this Public Storage for 2-3 years. My summary - "Baby, you've come a long, long way!" Thanks to the Herculean efforts and pleasant persistence of the current manager Marie, two of the broken bay doors are again functioning, restoring this to a more user-friendly storage building. The break-ins are now history - for easily a year now - and I don't foresee them returning. More lighting is being installed, and I really see the improvement in the bay areas - it gets dark early and frequently during our Seattle winters. The building is cleaner and brighter. In addition, Marie is a very welcoming, helpful employee, who enjoys working here and welcoming customers. I find the staff consistently welcoming and pro-active in meeting customer needs. Thank you for the improvements.

Which is the only reason why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. That being saidтАж so far the experience has been very good.ЁЯСН The whole place is very clean, very secure with redundant security measures (which I appreciate!) and the price for my size unit is very good. ItтАЩs in a decent neighborhood, no sketchy surroundings. They have carts available to use for no extra charge.ЁЯСН I was a little worried about the unit being on an upper floor, even with elevator access as IтАЩve got back issues and more. But with the carts and elevator I had zero problems. When I checked in with the manager (I believe her name is Rose) she was very friendly and very helpful. I liked the whole process of being able to find what I needed and do everything online without any hassle or gimmicks or tricks, including up front pricing AND being able to just go ahead and pay for the unit if you want toтАж or just reserve it so you can go take a look in person before pulling the trigger. The ONLY thing IтАЩd recommend so far is that they give you a MAP of the building your unit is in. ItтАЩs like a maze inside with so many units per building and no signs indicating unit numbering. Other than that, my overall first impression is very good and worth leaving a preliminary review. If that should changeтАж so will my review.

- If you're only renting 1 unit for the first time, PS is great. I wanted to rent two units. When I reserved both units the site indicated they both qualified for the $1 for the first month promotion. When I arrived it turned out only 1 promotion per customer. 1). First hidden cost 2). Storage lock & 2 keys. $15 one time. They are needed, but I prefer to know up front. 3). Insurance for locker up to $15/ month for $5k insurance. Some renters or him insurance may cover it. Staff is great. Place is secure. 6AM to 9PM Access 7 days a week.

- We had hopeful plans of leaving the Tr-Cities at noon, but just the two of us loading a 26' Penske truck took a lot longer that planned. Considedering we had to drive at 45mph the entire way made a long trip. Come to find out the Penske truck ramp would not stay locked and kept coming out, since I was the front driver we didn't find out till Ellensburgh. Dan at Trojan storage went up and beyond the call of duty by meeting us at 6am. Dan was professional and kind, leading us to the perfect unit. Paper work went quickly and was clearly printed and went over all the rules and regulations. Had to buy a special lock, but it was worth it, knowing no bolt cutters will get anyone access into my unit. As I sell things I will be looking for smaller and smaller units, to keep costs down. I feel safe and secure here knowing there is always someone on the premises. Again Dan, thank you for your understanding and going way over the call of duty to get me into my unit.
