- We started moving stuff in our unit and when trying to close the door for the first time, the locking mechanism appeared to get caught on an exposed screw on the upper frame and vent the frame, and wouldn't allow us to close the door on the unit. We bent the frame enough to be able to close it but can't open it all the way because we are afraid it'll happen again. Hoping to talk to someone about this but the last couple times we have been there there no one there. Otherwise, we are satisfied with the unit and the facility.

- I found this place online and selected it because it seemed to have the best price. I completed most of the application process online and signed my contracts online. After speaking to Andrew, who was very efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. Because this facility is on two sides of the street, You definitely need to locate your unit on the map before you visit. Otherwise, once I got into the gate,it was very easy to find and the facility is super neat and clean all the way around. Be aware that price quoted online does not include insurance. I was charged an additional $16 a month for renter's insurance. I think there are ways to get around this charge, but I'm not sure. I think I will check if my homeowner's insurance will cover it.

I called expecting to get a recording but to my surprise, a was greeted by Katy. I explained the situation to her. She told me to give her a date & time when my Grandmother wanted to stop by & she would make sure she was waiting outside for her. The next day, my Grandmother arrived (15 minutes early) to find Katy standing out front to greet her. I wouldn't have anticipated her arriving early & I know she's always early.
