- First I want to say that Rob was very helpful on my move-in day. You can tell that a new company just took over the building if you get there before sunrise or go after sunset the light bleeds right through the “Trojan storage” canvas cover, but this should confuse you too much at first because you have to move in during office hours which are during daylight hours. But all in all the pricing seems good, I’m on the intro rate for a 5x5 which is $25 (50% off). I’m gonna hold off on google and yelp reviews until February when my rate changes. It’s supposed to be 50 a month at that point, I paid the first 3 months an advance, be prepared to buy a lock though, they don’t sell these at ace hardware, that was 15 bucks nbd. Total I paid at move-in was about 100 bucks and like I said that was for 3 months. I will wait until my February bill to write those google and yelp reviews though lol if it goes up to past 50-60 bucks I’m gonna trash with multiple accounts. That said it is a month to month place which means you don’t sign a lease but yeah it’s possible for them to raise the rent. I don’t know what kind of notice they have to give for that, if any, it can’t be more than a month. INSURANCE, if you don’t have renters insurance go to lemonade and get a policy, mine is 6.25 a month (that’s with higher than minimum coverages) and it covers a lot more than the 6.00 a month that they charge here if you don’t have it.

- We we're helped by Tiffany, Henry, & Marie. They were all friendly and very accommodating. Henry found us a unit that has everything my husband and I were looking for. Tiffany & Marie even shared their oreos & candies while we're there. The building itself is new, so everything is still clean & working as they should. The hours of operations are great! If I had to nitpick, the only caveat I have is the wind in the parking. The doors were left wide open on the 3 occasions we were there, and it creates a wind tunnel in the parking. My husband likes it because it's refreshing after being sweaty from moving. I find the wind too strong.

- When I came to the location I was going to rent a unit from the gal acted indifferent and didn't even seem like she wanted to be there. Not very friendly until I made the effort to change that. The inside of the unit was dirty and that was a turnoff. Can't the Managers at least sweep inside the units to make sure when you put a White Mattress on the floor that it doesn't get dirty. That really pissed me off, I most likely in the future, if the need ever arises again that I need a storage unit I won't go to Public Storage. Control me any favors. If the people that work for your company don't like their job then they should seek other employment!!!

- Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The facilities were very good but there were a few minor issues. There were only 3 dollies available and several people were competing for them. A few more would be helpful. Also, they had only one set of swiveling wheels making them difficult to maneuver. Finally, the doors of the elevators remained open for a very brief time making it difficult to get everything out before the doors closed on you.
