- I couldn't believe the prices when I first saw them! unbelievably inexpensive. especially these days. You'll be lucky to get these prices on special. from reserving my unit to my move-in day, the entire process was easy, quick, paperless, and straight to the point. the only little bummer is you can only use a cart when the office is open, so just make sure you bring your own little dollie or hand truck but other than that this place is pretty awesome. The young lady in the office, I can't remember her name, but she was really friendly and very helpful and informative. I would definitely recommend this place!

The on-site manager, Mysty, was very helpful with my questions and reminded me that the code is sent the day your reservation begins. She also invited me to stop by the office on move-in day, and she would give me a tour of the facility. She also recommended movers, who turned out to be as good as she said they were! Anyway, the facility was very clean and secure, and I watched a few folks come and go while my team moved my stuff to my designated unit. Everything went smoothly and I was happy to have found a place so well-cared for, only a few miles from my home.

The facility is clean and I am happy with the storage size and economical price. The only thing I don't like is that my code has so many numbers which makes it hard to memorize and it was annoying keep putting the code in EVERY time I had to get into the elevator. - I made the mistake of assuming an "inside unit" would be climate controlled. When I got to the location, they informed me that it was not a climate controlled unit, but didn't stop there. The woman then proceeded to find a location that had a unit I needed as well as called to ensure they had an available appointment for me if I drove straight over. The Mukilteo Speedway location is a great facility and Karlyn and Amber were fantastic at getting everything set up for me on short notice. The entire process had the potential to be a nightmare trying to find a new place with everything loaded down in my car already, but these ladies (and the woman at the other location - I can't remember her name) made the process stress-free.
