ItтАЩs in a decent neighborhood, no sketchy surroundings. They have carts available to use for no extra charge.ЁЯСН I was a little worried about the unit being on an upper floor, even with elevator access as IтАЩve got back issues and more. But with the carts and elevator I had zero problems. When I checked in with the manager (I believe her name is Rose) she was very friendly and very helpful. I liked the whole process of being able to find what I needed and do everything online without any hassle or gimmicks or tricks, including up front pricing AND being able to just go ahead and pay for the unit if you want toтАж or just reserve it so you can go take a look in person before pulling the trigger. The ONLY thing IтАЩd recommend so far is that they give you a MAP of the building your unit is in. ItтАЩs like a maze inside with so many units per building and no signs indicating unit numbering. Other than that, my overall first impression is very good and worth leaving a preliminary review. If that should changeтАж so will my review.

- My experience at Extra Space Storage was stellar. First, thanks to the site sparefoot.com I was given the cheapest prices per sq ft in the area, and this facility came up. I had done my own sleuthing beforehand, so I knew it was a pretty good price. I did all agreements online, but then called the facility because I couldn’t find my access code. The on-site manager, Mysty, was very helpful with my questions and reminded me that the code is sent the day your reservation begins. She also invited me to stop by the office on move-in day, and she would give me a tour of the facility. She also recommended movers, who turned out to be as good as she said they were! Anyway, the facility was very clean and secure, and I watched a few folks come and go while my team moved my stuff to my designated unit. Everything went smoothly and I was happy to have found a place so well-cared for, only a few miles from my home.

- Moving is stressful enough, however when you put your 1,600 sq.ft. house in storage and you realize you have to much for the unit you already rented panic set it. I called the fabulous Heather and said I need another space and it's now 3:00 in the afternoon and she said we take our last reservation at 4:30 you start driving the 75 miles in your U-Haul. Of course traffic is heavy and you are hoping you get there in time and I did. When I walked in Trent was figuring out the best situation for me. I needed to be inside, heated and had a 2nd floor originally set-up. Trent not only got me into a 10x30 first floor heated, he worked out all the details so efficiently and quickly I couldn't be happier. Heather and Trent went the extra mile to help me get set-up, give me the best possible price (saved me money) and I'm on the first floor. That was the best, not having to go up the elevator I would have still be there. I've been there now several times at different times of the day, I always feel safe and secure. It's 2 miles for me to drive there from my new place. Couldn't be happier. Thank you just doesn't seem to be enough, I'm grateful.

She talked, smiled, listened attentively, was very outgoing, gave me a guided tour, showed me how to put my code into the elevator.
