- I was in need of a last minute storage unit until I could prepare our home for the extra items I had brought home from our cabin. We are having a real rough patch as my Husband is very ill. I am mentally and physically exhausted at this point. There was only 15 min left to closing and Patty assisted me with the unit that had been reserved through the call center. I had a bit of a break down as I was overwhelmed with all of the events of the past few days. It was at that point that Patty seemed to forget it was closing time. She viewed her availability and choose the unit she felt was best for my needs. She knows what she is doing! Patty is a very kind soul and made the rest of my evening manageable. - Customer service at this location was fine though the rep needs additional training. I was frustrated by the insurance coverage. As I was told I had to purchase thru public storage despite stating I had sufficient coverage through my personal property insurance. I had to seek reimbursement after proving this. After a visit to my insurance company for proof, a call to the storage office and also a visit to another PS this has still not been resolved. Way too much of my time has been spent in an attempt to rectify this and simply not be paying twice for the same thing every month. Oh, and the other PS informed me all I needed was to write decline on the form and I would have been good to go from the start

- I choose CSI because they had a great new customer predicting deal. Then, I learned about the move-in service. It was amazing! They sent a big truck and two strong guys and they packed took my belongings in their truck and then unloaded it all into my storage unit! It was amazing!! So worth it!! The building seems to be very secure against theft and fire. It is always clean and access to strange is covered... Basically the whole ground floor is a parking lot. So there's no getting soaked moving things in and out of your car or your storage unit. CSI rocks so far.
