- I went to rent unit (sure wish I had the guy that went the extra for the previous comment) but the don't accept cash payment n for some reason wouldn't accept my credit card. So I had to go out money on my card but wanted a different cc to make the auto pmnt for the unit. When I finally got back I put part of the pmnt minus like 20$ I was putting on my cc....well again for some reason it wouldn't accept my cc. So I would have to go put more money in a card which also costs money....and I needed to move my stuff immediately. So my stuff sat outside all night, I got no sleep watch to make sure it didn't go walking down the street. It would have bn nice to have bn able to bring the 20 in the next day or something. Instead I wasted 2 hrs n when I had her do the partial pmnt on the card I added money to it withdrew the money lol so I've partially pd for it.... now I'm hoping that I can just take them 20$ n b done w it...

- We started moving stuff in our unit and when trying to close the door for the first time, the locking mechanism appeared to get caught on an exposed screw on the upper frame and vent the frame, and wouldn't allow us to close the door on the unit. We bent the frame enough to be able to close it but can't open it all the way because we are afraid it'll happen again. Hoping to talk to someone about this but the last couple times we have been there there no one there. Otherwise, we are satisfied with the unit and the facility.

- I walked in was greeted very friendly by a woman named, Erica. She took me through the process and the paperwork very productively, had a good attitude and patience! We walked outside and practiced putting my code in and she walked me, to show me where my unit was. I checked my unit out to see if it was the right one for me and we closed the door and put the lock on it. We walked back around to the entrance and the whole time she had this welcoming smile on her face that made you feel comfortable, like you were at home!!
