- I checked in to a unit yesterday and was very pleased with the customer service experience and the quality of the facilities. I was given a tour of the grounds and showed to my unit. The checkin process wasn't bad aside from all the paper work (what's up with that?). It would save a bunch of time and hassle if they could move that online.
