- The heated space we rented was everything it was advertised to be. Clean, Secure, Warm. BUT, when it comes time to empty your space, and close the account, cross yer fingers! When I was in the office to initially rent the unit, I know staff there answered the phone. Our conversation had a couple brief, fully understandable interruptions. But when it came time to coordinate a move-out, with the promised "pro-rated last month's rent", the advertised phone number rings in some far off "customer service" center, where they insist there is no option to reduce that last charge. "Sure, you're going to move out 4 days into your rental period? Just pay your regular rent!" "Customer Service" refuses to provide a phone number that will ring in Burlington.
