- We started moving stuff in our unit and when trying to close the door for the first time, the locking mechanism appeared to get caught on an exposed screw on the upper frame and vent the frame, and wouldn't allow us to close the door on the unit. We bent the frame enough to be able to close it but can't open it all the way because we are afraid it'll happen again. Hoping to talk to someone about this but the last couple times we have been there there no one there. Otherwise, we are satisfied with the unit and the facility.

- I love my storage space at About Space. It's easy to get in and out even with the long hours that I work. I always feel safe and i know my treasures are safe in this facility. In the winter the area is always cleared of snow, and the rest of the year the entire area is clean and well-maintained. The staff is the best. Always helpful, friendly, and they know the answers. I shopped around based on a location close to me and price. About Space came out at the top of the list for both.
