- I have had a unit for approximately 4 years. In past year and half there have been several new employees. The building is no longer kept clean, roaches are showing up dead and alive in hallways. Outside the buildings are not kept up. My experience is when things cosmetic go downward the more important things plummet also. After arriving on several occasions to a secure code door being left open, people blocking exits and the employees will not address time has come to move. I think the last straw was walking in the bathroom with tiolet paper all over floor and trash overflowing. I no longer feel as facility is safe, clean or secure.

- .I had this unit for about 6 months. Great storage unit at a pretty good price The help from Ellen at this property. was the best you will ever get. She made you feel very comfortable and helped in any way possible. When i first got there i was not sure what type of unit i needed and Ellen talked to me and directed me in the perfect unit at a great price. she also helped me with moving advice and things i may need. I once lost my keys to my lock and when i called Ellen assisted me in getting into my unit and getting a new lock with no worries at all. when moving out of the unit Ellen was there again to help the checkout process go just as smooth as it could and even assisting me with some small trash that needed to be disposed of. All around a wonderful experience. It's very nice to see someone who cares and enjoys there job as much as Ellen does. Thanks Ellen!
