- This is the second time this this is happened, you're a day late and they lock you out of your storage unit. Then you pay them and it takes them 2 days to unlock your storage then. This is ridiculous. On top of that they move my due date one day which means I can't make it by my payday to pay them. When this was a CubeSmart it was much cleaner the staff was much more friendly and they didn't lock you out so quickly. And when you pay they unlocked your bin right away. On top of that they've raised the price three times since he took over from CubeSmart and the late fee has gone up by $20. I don't know who thinks this place is cheap but they are one of the highest priced places in town now
