- My high opinion of the facility is based on the high quality customer service from the two associates that I interacted with. They were both very knowledgeable, courteous, and patient. I rented an outdoor parking space. The lot is well maintained and all of the customers appear to take the time to back into their respective places straight, which I appreciate. My only complaint was that in an online search, the price came up as $102/month, which was actually only a promotional cost. The actual monthly cost is $120. I'm sure that was buried somewhere in fine print or perhaps it was obvious and I just missed it. The second month was free as a part of the promotion so I did not make a fuss. Overall, it was a positive experience.
