- After I made my online reservation, there was no indication that I could lose the space I reserved if I did not complete my registration online immediately. As a result, when I arrived 7 days later to claim my space, I was informed that it was no longer available and that it was incumbent upon me to complete the registration online to secure it. I have reviewed the materials emailed to me and that was not stated. Luckily, I got a good deal on a remaining space. I also would have appreciated more transparent pricing when making the online reservation in terms of clearly calling out the added cost of insurance and the need to buy a cylinder lock. Also, the elevator closest to our storage unit was out of order which resulted in a much longer walk to move in our stuff.
