- This is the second time this this is happened, you're a day late and they lock you out of your storage unit. Then you pay them and it takes them 2 days to unlock your storage then. This is ridiculous. On top of that they move my due date one day which means I can't make it by my payday to pay them. When this was a CubeSmart it was much cleaner the staff was much more friendly and they didn't lock you out so quickly. And when you pay they unlocked your bin right away. On top of that they've raised the price three times since he took over from CubeSmart and the late fee has gone up by $20. I don't know who thinks this place is cheap but they are one of the highest priced places in town now

- Had a great experience!! My move out was a little rushed because the next day was the 1st of the month. Lauryn was very flexible and allowed me to move my stuff into a friends unit, rather than get charged an extra month. A cautionary note: Public Storage does not pro-rate for the last month. You must move out before the 1st by 6pm business hours or be charged an extra month. Overall, a helpful group of people.

- I've used storage facilities before and this one looks to be brand new and squeaky clean. There are 2-3 handcarts available at the doors and a rolling door so you don't have to deal with a swinging door for the inside units, which is a huge bonus. I do wish it had a ramp there since you still have to get the cart over to the inch-higher foundation, which can be hard with heavy and precarious handcart load. Cameras are prominent and the interior was well-lit. I came on a weekday and had to wait because they only had one person at the desk. I think they have two over the busier weekend periods. Overall it took about 30 minutes there, 15 doing paperwork. My one complaint is that the free use of a truck is not honored with a 5x5 unit, which isn't mentioned during the online set-up and had been a selling point. Since I have a very small car it is still taking me several trips to take everything there though with a truck or even a van I could have done it in one. Also bring your insurance declarations page with you if your homeowner's insurance will cover the items. I didn't and now cannot cancel the policy before December since I paid ahead 2 months. The free use of the truck would be the biggest bonus for this place, but as I mentioned it is not honored for small units. For that reason I don't consider this as good of a value as I did when I originally set this up online. They did mention it was not an option on the phone, so they were not hiding this fact, it's just a consideration if you are counting on it.

The thing that really irritated us was that they raised the cost of the unit after 3 months by about 30%!! We went and pulled our stuff out because of that.

- While this is a older faculty, it’s very well maintained. It’s clean, quiet and well-lit. The on-site CS rep was very helpful and informative. He explained explained all the rules and the contract very well. They also offer free bottled water-which is great in the warmer months, and have shelving they can put in your unit, at no additional cost. I highly recommend this location.

Would have given it 5 stars if not for the extra fees...insurance is required (which we did not really need), so had to pay an extra $20.00 for that. - Excellent, helpful, knowledgable staff - Carrie especially was a great help several times! Facility is modern, clean, well lit, easy to use, conveniently located - and it always feels safe. One suggestion: Please consider having a couple of chairs available in the office area, for people who plan to meet each other there, and have to wait awhile. Same for someone waiting for their moving company to arrive and meet them there.
