I knew she didn't have a cell phone when making her appointed rounds. She was professional, approachable, very knowledgeable, knew my needs and concerns. - I am extremely pleased with the personnel Public Storage has at the Richmond, VA location. The manager that helped me was knowledgeable and had great customer service skills. The only thing that I did not like was all the "hidden" fees to start a contract. They advertise $1 pays first month's rent but fail to mention that you will have to pay $18 for a lock, $24 Admin fee, and other bs. After all the charges I ended up paying almost $65. My monthly unit is $75. I pretty much paid almost the full amount for the first month. Please state the costs clearly.
