- Excellent, helpful, knowledgable staff - Carrie especially was a great help several times! Facility is modern, clean, well lit, easy to use, conveniently located - and it always feels safe. One suggestion: Please consider having a couple of chairs available in the office area, for people who plan to meet each other there, and have to wait awhile. Same for someone waiting for their moving company to arrive and meet them there.

- My move took 3 days and a few trips to Life Storage it was extremely stressful not knowing exactly how much stuff I had until I packed it all up. Dennis at Life Storage made my life allot simpler. First I reserved a 5'X 10' online, then when I got to the facility Dennis helped me to downgrade it to a 5'X 5' because online they don't tell you about the addition $14 - $16 monthly insurance charge on top of the monthly fee. Then the next day when the movers came, their entire truck was filled and I still had things left so I felt I needed an additional 5'X 5' unit which Dennis found me one close to the first unit. The move took all day until about 3:30pm and I called Life Storage to ask what time they close and Dennis answered and told me 4pm. I was in the middle of moving things in my personal vehicle and told Dennis I couldn't make it there until 4:15pm to pick up the Life Storage Van I reserved. Dennis stayed late just to make sure I was able to get the Van. The next day I was able to combine the contents of my 1st storage unit into my second unit and Dennis helped me to cancel the first unit. Dennis went above and beyond what was required from his job to ensure my accommodation needs were met. Dennis definitely portrayed exemplary customer service skills and I will definitely recommend anyone moving to the Alexandria area to give Life Storage a call if they are in need of storage. Thank you Dennis, its people like you that define the term "Customer Satisfaction."

- Huma is very knowledgeable and friendly. The actual unit has no electricity (working lights) and has an exterior wall that abutts a hillside this making it very damp. The unit smells musty and there are white spots on the wall(seems to be evidence of mold). I do not feel that I can store any clothes, books or anything that might mold in this unit.

- I spoke to SAMINA at this Public Storage location initially to purchase a month of storage. Her compassion to help others was overwhelmingly evident through the interaction that we had. She was able to answer all questions I've had, in addition to providing useful advice on how to take the most advantage of the services offered by public storage. She even offered to lubricate the storage garage door upon opening it as it was slightly rough. SAMINA was who I spoke to when I wanted to vacate the space. She was again, so helpful in the process and made the experience pleasant. If you're reading this SAMINA, thank you so much for making my experience with Public Storage absolutely perfect.
