- Personally I’d avoid this public storage in Charlottesville. I’ve had nothing but disappointing experiences then to add insult to me after 6 months the rent went up $45 without any notification. When I tried to get some help and find out where the notification was sent I received no help. Zero!! I was sold malfunctioning locks that they wouldn’t replace less than 20 days into renting the unit. Pass word won’t work and the manager of the site was upset with me that i was asking for help with the moving van in the driveway she told me to come back tomorrow cus she was off the clock and it was 4PM with the office is open sign literally stil up. No District Manager ever called me as i was told would happen. Stay away, find somewhere else. Public storage is a ripe off and has rats.

- Dennis was very helpful, friendly, and efficient in setting me up in the facility. It is a new complex, very clean, great air conditioning, on the edge of town. Two days after I locked in my price, which was a fair price, it went up significantly. Lucky me, but not so for those following. Storage Sense should not do that, not cool at all.
