- I was all set to move into my unit on May 9 with a confirmed reservation which was time sensitive since my roommates were leaving that day. We woke up at 4:30 and we at the facility by 6:30 ready to move our belongings but were greeted by the message on the pin pad "see manager". We figured we would wait until staff arrived at 11, but then we saw a sign posted that it was mother's day and no one would be working. As a result we were unable to move in on the day promised which has posed a massive inconvenience.

- Dennis was very helpful, friendly, and efficient in setting me up in the facility. It is a new complex, very clean, great air conditioning, on the edge of town. Two days after I locked in my price, which was a fair price, it went up significantly. Lucky me, but not so for those following. Storage Sense should not do that, not cool at all.
