The phone and onsite staff were pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. We were greeted by the maintenance man onsite who was wonderful and made us feel welcome right away. He offered us help for whatever we might need. Little did I know that I would need to take up his offer right away. I forgot to bring the key to open the lock on the truck! One call brought our new friend right away with bolt cutters to solve our problem, saving us hours and hours of time. Thank you SO much! He has our vote for employee of several months!

I appreciated all the little things they do to ensure security like placing their stickers on your lock and checking often to make sure they haven't been removed and replaced with one without a sticker. I would recommend the space but the price could be more competitive.
