- On Google it states you guys are open Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM, on your door it says the same thing, but there is a hand written note that says Thursdays you are closed. The day before(Wednesday) I showed up about 10-12 minutes before 6 and the lights were already out and doors were locked. So I decided to drive the 42 minutes back the next morning to see that you guys were closed (I didn't notice the hand written note) once I got into the gate I found that my unit didn't exist. Customer service was not aware that the units across the street were yours. There are no indicators which units are in which section, so I drive into two different gates to find my unit (also there is no driveway so your car is in the street while you have to get out and type in your password and wait for the gate to open). Once I found my unit and opened it there was a thin layer of dirt and some garbage left by the previous tenant.

- I gave this a five-star review until I found out we don't have access to the trash. I wish I asked that before I signed up. I would have found another storage company. Kendra was great so I might have signed up anyway, but this is so disappointing. I had some trash and had to load the dirty stuff in my car. Does not seem like a good policy.
