- Everything is very well organized and clean. Wish the price could be a little lower. I tried two times to see someone in the office, both at times when they were supposed to be open and I had a little distance to travel each time and both times they were closed. I finally got service from another Public Storage closer to me. I would have put my things in that unit except the price was much higher. The receptionist was able to sign me in for the Lehi facility though so I did not have to go back there again until I actually moved. It is not in a very convenient location but everything ran smoothly.

I got lost on the way there I called and Marc gave me directions and waited outside for me .I was shown the size of the unit , how to use the code to get in , the hours , the carts and where to park . Marc was able to find me a better unit for cheaper before I signed my lease . I would 1000000 % recommend Extra Space Storage .

- The customer service is good. Friendly, understanding, anxious to help. The pricing is fair. Downside, owner is trying to upgrade and that includes bumps..locks that have to be juggled, doors not tight, ghetto location, short staff hours, etc. Extremely inflexible with pmts etc. A bit too hardball. But I'll put up with a lot for a decent price.
