- Every time I come by to the Facility It is always clean and other tenants respect your space and clean up after themselves. I just wish a couple staff members were friendlier. Once I was in my unit and a member was next to mine cleaning and didn’t even acknowledge or Said Hi to me and I felt ackward and pressured to get outta there lol. - After being left with limited options to store my items until I can move into a place in September, my boyfriend found this place last minute and I'm so glad he did. While the hidden fees the company stacks on after advertising "$1 for the first month" are a tad ridiculous, I cannot complain about the incredible customer service I received the moment I walked in the door. Barbara and Kevin are like a couple of old friends you meet up with after years of being apart and nothing has changed. Professional, kind, and sincere, they offered the best customer service I've experienced in years and some of the best conversation I've had since moving to Utah almost 2 years ago. Honestly I wouldn't be surprised if I find myself dropping by to just hang out with them sometime. I would highly recommend this place to anyone needing a storage option in this area. If for no other reason than than the kind humans working there.
