There are zero markers for open spots in order to just bring without help. Had to call main phone in order to get help where to park boat for new spot. everything was taken care of so no issues. i would highly suggest getting markers for outdoor spots like others.

- On Google it states you guys are open Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM, on your door it says the same thing, but there is a hand written note that says Thursdays you are closed. The day before(Wednesday) I showed up about 10-12 minutes before 6 and the lights were already out and doors were locked. So I decided to drive the 42 minutes back the next morning to see that you guys were closed (I didn't notice the hand written note) once I got into the gate I found that my unit didn't exist. Customer service was not aware that the units across the street were yours. There are no indicators which units are in which section, so I drive into two different gates to find my unit (also there is no driveway so your car is in the street while you have to get out and type in your password and wait for the gate to open). Once I found my unit and opened it there was a thin layer of dirt and some garbage left by the previous tenant.

- Signing up for a storage unit was easy, secure and fast. The unit itself was clean, easily accessible and in excellent condition. In fact the whole facility was very well maintained. The phone and onsite staff were pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. We were greeted by the maintenance man onsite who was wonderful and made us feel welcome right away. He offered us help for whatever we might need. Little did I know that I would need to take up his offer right away. I forgot to bring the key to open the lock on the truck! One call brought our new friend right away with bolt cutters to solve our problem, saving us hours and hours of time. Thank you SO much! He has our vote for employee of several months!

- I write for a living and even I find it hard to put into words the experience I have had with your cubesmart facility in Murray UTAH. The level of experience and expertise the workers there demonstrated was, for me, like no other I had ever experienced in my life. And I am 56 years young. I can't remember their names because I was so caught up in the moment...but they deserve all the kudos anyone would ever deserve. I don't do compliments often. There is so much out there these days that is subpar and, to be honest, quite horrible. Not so here at your Murray facility. These employees should be given all the credit in the world.
