- AccuColor Digital Printing was happily located in Syracuse city hall for many years. In March 2020 with all the cancellation of events the income revenue dropped by 93% in one day. A decision was made not to quit but to move to on-line ordering and move some of the equipment home as a home business in West Point. What to do with the other two presses and all the store front fixtures not sold? Layton Crossing Storage! Very nice, modern, clean and well run storage. Maybe not the least expensive - but we had to have climate controlled units for the preservation of our excess presses. We have been patrons for over a year now. Love the place & the people!

- I needed a storage unit for some small stuff cluttering up my apartment. I attempted a different storage place first, and they gave me the runaround and wanted all sorts of documents. I ended up canceling that reservation and going to public storage instead. The small unit I needed was reasonably priced, and the lady I dealt with in the office was awesome. I even had an issue with my pass code, and she got it fixed in no time. All around great experience.

- Signing up for a storage unit was easy, secure and fast. The unit itself was clean, easily accessible and in excellent condition. In fact the whole facility was very well maintained. The phone and onsite staff were pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. We were greeted by the maintenance man onsite who was wonderful and made us feel welcome right away. He offered us help for whatever we might need. Little did I know that I would need to take up his offer right away. I forgot to bring the key to open the lock on the truck! One call brought our new friend right away with bolt cutters to solve our problem, saving us hours and hours of time. Thank you SO much! He has our vote for employee of several months!
