- Signing up for a storage unit was easy, secure and fast. The unit itself was clean, easily accessible and in excellent condition. In fact the whole facility was very well maintained. The phone and onsite staff were pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. We were greeted by the maintenance man onsite who was wonderful and made us feel welcome right away. He offered us help for whatever we might need. Little did I know that I would need to take up his offer right away. I forgot to bring the key to open the lock on the truck! One call brought our new friend right away with bolt cutters to solve our problem, saving us hours and hours of time. Thank you SO much! He has our vote for employee of several months!

- I have had my stuff stored here for a few years now with old and new owners. The new owners Craigland properties, will refuse to talk to you if you have a complaint.. their manager will not divulge who they are until I dug it up!! They raised their rents and reduced our grace periods in which I warned the manager on site, there’s alot of struggling people and will lose their stuff!!!! We’re in a PANDEMIC..not right to just buy it and push your price gouging onto hard working people, even struggling to pay for a place to live, let alone store it if they become homeless!!! Craigland properties I filed another report with consumer protection… I’m sure you people that own This company live a plush life in Park City!!!!!! Grow a pair and talk to your tenants!!!!!!!!
