My previous unit was about 10 minutes from my house, and the new one is about 20, so it's a little farther, but not too much, and it's freeway and highway driving the entire way there. The unit itself looks quite new, and was nice and clean. The lady at the front desk was super fast and got me out the door in just a couple minutes, even with all my questions. Overall, this was just about the easiest transaction I've ever had and I got my first truckload of stuff moved in the same day. Highly recommended, and as long as they don't jack up prices, I'll keep recommending them to everyone.

- I needed a place indoors to store some stuff while I am moving and Storage on Geneva has been great. When my move date coincided with the one day they were closed due to repaving Amanda loaned me some blankets for free. I was completely willing to pay for the blankets but I really appreciated the gesture. Storage on Geneva is still brand new with plenty of indoor units that are reasonably priced. My mother is even thinking of getting a place near my unit so she can get stuff out of her basement while she renovates.

- The guy that works the front desk was more than helpful! I had my two year old with me and we breezed through the paperwork and got us in out and on our way! When I came back to open the unit I couldn't figure it out. He came back (after closing time mind you) and opened up the unit for me when he very well could have left and been on his way home to his family! Thank you!

- The storage is great and we appreciate the discount. However when we are told to bring a copy of our insurance to them within the next few days to get a refund for their insurance. We expect them to hold up their end of the deal. Instead we get a credit. We don’t even know if we will be there for another month. At least explain that you’ll be getting a refund back in the form of a credit. That was never mentioned. Other than that it’s okay so far.
