- On Google it states you guys are open Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM, on your door it says the same thing, but there is a hand written note that says Thursdays you are closed. The day before(Wednesday) I showed up about 10-12 minutes before 6 and the lights were already out and doors were locked. So I decided to drive the 42 minutes back the next morning to see that you guys were closed (I didn't notice the hand written note) once I got into the gate I found that my unit didn't exist. Customer service was not aware that the units across the street were yours. There are no indicators which units are in which section, so I drive into two different gates to find my unit (also there is no driveway so your car is in the street while you have to get out and type in your password and wait for the gate to open). Once I found my unit and opened it there was a thin layer of dirt and some garbage left by the previous tenant.

- I got there and we needed another storage unit for my husband and they told us the only one of our units would be first month free I asked them why and they said only certain units were available for that special even though there was a sign out front that said first month free so if that is the case then it's very misleading and when you make the reservation online it does not tell you that it tells you that your first month is free but other than that very clean and very organized

At cube smart I was able to find a bigger unit than what I'm currently renting and a lot more cheaper per month. Drew is the on-site manager. He was friendly, answered all my questions. He was great to work with.
