- Signing up for a storage unit was easy, secure and fast. The unit itself was clean, easily accessible and in excellent condition. In fact the whole facility was very well maintained. The phone and onsite staff were pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. We were greeted by the maintenance man onsite who was wonderful and made us feel welcome right away. He offered us help for whatever we might need. Little did I know that I would need to take up his offer right away. I forgot to bring the key to open the lock on the truck! One call brought our new friend right away with bolt cutters to solve our problem, saving us hours and hours of time. Thank you SO much! He has our vote for employee of several months!

- On Google it states you guys are open Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM, on your door it says the same thing, but there is a hand written note that says Thursdays you are closed. The day before(Wednesday) I showed up about 10-12 minutes before 6 and the lights were already out and doors were locked. So I decided to drive the 42 minutes back the next morning to see that you guys were closed (I didn't notice the hand written note) once I got into the gate I found that my unit didn't exist. Customer service was not aware that the units across the street were yours. There are no indicators which units are in which section, so I drive into two different gates to find my unit (also there is no driveway so your car is in the street while you have to get out and type in your password and wait for the gate to open). Once I found my unit and opened it there was a thin layer of dirt and some garbage left by the previous tenant.

- This storage is at a great location in downtown salt lake, close to I-15. I love how the building is so well monitored with security cameras and Vivint security. The units are fully enclosed with the walls going up to the ceiling. The unloading bay is massive so multiple people can unload at the same time. I highly recommend this storage facility, businesses, students, you name it.

- Everything was great with the exception of the office person. I told her that I would be there to sign up at 10:30am. I had all of my errands planned out by where they were located and time frame. I get there at 10:32am and there is a note on the doors saying she will be back in 15 minutes. Why didn't she tell me that on the phone? I had to go on with my day and come back later..wasting gas and time. When I mentioned it to her when I came back she states she had to walk around the lot. Again why did she not tell me that before. Very unprofessional******
