- Tried moving in the day of my move in time and got to the office a little before closing and i did feel bad because i’m never one to go into a place when they have 10 minutes till close, however i just had a question that would’ve taken about 30 seconds to answer. The lady at the desk wasn’t happy the second i walked in and told me they were closed even though 4 other people were standing there. I just told her I had a question about move in and that I had never done something like this before so a little guidance would be appreciated. The more i talked and asked my question she grew more frustrated with me. I ended up standing to the side while she took a phone call and searched through emails to find some code as i had not received anything on how to move in. I found some code on my paperwork and ended up just walking out because she didn’t seem like she wanted to help me anymore. I had no clue what the code was for until another girl waiting in the office helped me. We figured out how to get through the gate on our own. Had to find the building on my own aswell but the place is very clean and i’m happy to be staying here, just wish i could get some help as a newcomer.
