- I live out of state and called to confirm that the access to the 10' wide unit was indeed 10'. I was told that it was. Upon bringing my 9"6" item for storage, I found that there was a 36" door in front of the entry. I had to rent a larger unit and pay an increased price. The information given to me was incorrect and no apology offered.

- The move in/rental process was not very clear since no one was actually at the facility when we were moving our rv there. My husband called and they said we just had a reservation, not a rental. However the person on the phone didn’t give any information about how to compete the rental. I called back and completed the rental (payment, etc). My husband had to call back to discuss the parking spot number and again they did not give the information we needed. I called back and was able to get the parking spot corrected. There should be an updated clear procedure for if there is not an employee AT the facility so that we know who to call and what to ask for.
