PS is always the practical lifesaver for my stuff so I dont have to part with things I place value on and hold dear. - Well normally I don't care if staff is on-site or not. I prefer self storages that I can just handle everything online or through a kiosk. This facility claims it's a SELF storage site, however they would not release the access codes to me through my email once payment was confirmed and received. Which is the way I I've always done it in the past. I was asked to check in at the office to receive the access codes. Not a big deal. So I stop by and their is NO one working!! It's supposed to have a manager on site 24/7 according to what they have online. And like I said idc if they have staff there or not, but if you are going to ask me to come in to receive the things I've already paid for then you better be there. I spoke to someone on the phone in customer service and she was completely rude. Couldn't tell when or if ( her words) the staff member would be back. Also swore she didn't have my email on file to send me the access code even though I know she did because I had all the confirmation emails from them for the rental. After waiting an hour I called customer service again and thankfully the person i got this time was competent and sent me the access codes.

- Our first trip we had a 16ft trailer and because the gate is so close to the road , we could not pull in because the gate was closed and we would have blocked both lanes of traffic. My wife had to get out of our truck and cross the street while i waited in a lane of traffic , to enter our code. Then I could pull in. Very dangerous! Also we rented ONE space 40ft x 15ft. When we got there we found out it was actually 4 individual spaces side by side and not one large space. Very deceptive sales tactics. We had a loaded trailer and had driven 100 miles to get there so we had no choice. Not happy at all and may look for another place before we bring any more of our belongings there .
