- I have had the unit for about a month Jackie was very helpful and went out of her way to speed the process up as much as possible because I was in a hurry that day. She actually takes the time to get to know people and retains the information gained through conversion. A few weeks after renting the unit I went into the office requesting my gate code she pulled me up and didn't even ask my name or unit number she actually remembered me. She is not your typical going through the motions doing the bare minimum for a paycheck type of gal she personalizes and builds relationships love her
